MAMIE VAN DOREN meets royalty
Yes, our Mamie Van Doren chats up Prince Axel of Denmark at the Universal commissary in 1954. The prince was a cousin of Edward VII of United Kingdom and a great-uncle of the current Queen of Denmark, Margrethe II. His mansion at the outskirts of Copenhagen is today the British Embassy.
